4. Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on the service selected.

International shipping. We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. International transit times vary widely — typically 1–4 weeks — depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, duties, and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided for every order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages. Once an order leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at mwmareadycomposer@gmail.com and we'll help you open a carrier investigation.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly; reshipment will require an additional shipping charge.
